Taubmans Prep Right Red Oxide Primer is an economical anti corrosion solvent-based metal primer.

Application Description

Apply 1 coat of Prep Right Red Oxide primer and 2 coats of Taubmans finishing coat.
Use Brush/Roller/Spray

Tips & Advice

  • 1. Preparing the Surfaces
    Surfaces generally must be clean, dry, free from all defective or poorly
    adhering material, dirt, grease, wax etc. Previously painted surfaces
    should be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and
    then dusted off.
    Steel surfaces should be manually prepared by power or hand tool.
    For optimum performance new galvanized and aluminium surfaces should
    be cleaned and degreased, then pre-treated with an appropriate pre-
    treatment primer to ensure good adhesion.
  • 2. Cleaning
    Clean all equipment with Mineral turpentine immediately after use
  • 3. Storing
    Keep container lip closed and in an upright position. Store in a cool shaded place.
