    Ultra Kote Gloss Enamel is a mid-tier solvent-based high gloss finish that when dried provides a smooth mirror like finish.

    Application Description

    Apply 1 coat of Ultra Coat Oil Based Undercoat and 2 coats of Ultra Kote Gloss Enamel with a brush/roller; leave 5-6 hours between coats.

    Tips & Advice

    • 1. Preparing the Surfaces
      New Surfaces generally must be clean, dry, free from all defective or poorly adhering material, dirt, grease, wax etc.

      Previously painted surfaces should be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and then dusted off.

      Steel surfaces should be manually prepared by power or hand tool to BS 7079 Part A1 : 1989 St3. For optimum performance new galvanized and aluminium surfaces should be cleaned and degreased, then pre-treated with an appropriate pre-treatment primer to ensure good adhesion.
    • 2. Cleaning
      Clean all equipment with Mineral Turpentine immediately after use.
    • 3. Storing
      Keep container lip closed and in an upright position. Store in a cool shaded place.
